Who are we?

Duncan Real Estate, founded in 2001 on Anna Maria Island by Broker Owner Darcie Duncan, has, since its inception, dedicated its activities to promoting Anna Maria Island and all of Manatee County real estate. 

Darcie hires experienced professionals living in the area who well understand the important processes involved in helping clients both buy and sell real estate.  She maintains personal involvement in the process of her team’s real estate transactions.  For Darcie, this means hiring TeamDuncan players, people who want and understand a team approach to business. Associates agree to work for the common good with the understanding that a sale for one agent translates to success for all and that in turn, a mishap for one means a poor showing for all.

This is not about shared commissions, but rather a shared team commitment to high levels of service for all of the company’s clients, customers and business providers. Any visitor entering the Duncan Real Estate office on historic Pine Street at the north end of the Island is as apt to be greeted by Darcie herself as by any of the associates or property managers on site.
